Breakfast

Wake in the morning to a delicious vegan or veggie breakfast, which could consist of fresh and dried fruit, cereal or muesli, dairy or soya yoghurt, followed by soya sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans, eggs, tasty homemade bread or toast and more if requested. Vegan margarine, soya (or other non-dairy) milk and vegan muesli are all available, and, of course, excellent coffee or a wide variety of teas. We can also cater for people on a gluten-free diet.


No evening meal is offered, but you certainly wont go hungry in Brighton!

If you fancy a picnic then there are several health and organic food stores around town where you can get tasty snacks!
